TYPICAL PROGRAMS AVAILABLE IN CLUBS

Designed as an introductory skill and fun game program to prepare both boys and girls for Junior Cricket.
Aimed at children between the ages of 5-8 years, on Friday nights.
Each particpant receives a kit on registration which includes a bat, cap and giveaways.
Commencement date is usually in early November and program runs for 10-12 weeks (approx 1 hour per session)
There is a break for Christmas School Holidays.
Under 12 Non-Competitive Cricket
Designed as the next step up from "in2cricket" (was Milo cricket).
Ideal for children between the ages of 7 up to 12 years old.
Softer balls used, smaller boundaries & Wednesday evening games (daylight saving) against other club sides.
All participants guaranteed to bat and bowl.
Under 12 Competition (competitive levels)
Ideal for children with ‘some’ cricket ability or kids that have progressed through the modified & development competitions.
Traditional cricket rules employed with all kids guaranteed to bat and bowl.
Ideal for kids in age bracket ranging from 10 to 12 years old.
Also Friday night games (daylight saving commences) against other cricket sides.
Games run from 5.10pm till 8.00pm.
Under 14 & 16 Competition
Traditional cricket rules employed.
Games played on Friday nights (5.10-8.00pm) or Saturday mornings (8.45am to 11.45am).
Home Games played at designated home grounds for clubs but all games played within the Diamond Valley district.
